Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions here applies to both online coaching packages and the Speak Up Stand Out Accelerator (SUSO) purchases respectively.

The purchase of either the online coaching and/or SUSO package is a reservation of my time, expertise and coaching for your specified package. This reservation includes time invested outside the agreed appointment slots for preparation work.

Please note the payment you make to secure your package is to cover the costs of starting work for you immediately. This means the availability of any audio files, reading materials, as well as learning and development videos. This also includes time spent for note writing, session preparation and researching your intervention. You are therefore purchasing my time in our agreed sessions and outside that session time and this service is personalised and unique to you. These payments are therefore non-refundable.

Please inform me immediately if you have any objections to this policy (the same day as receiving the terms and conditions policy document). At this stage I will be happy to offer to cancel your package/sessions and refund you this payment.

Upon payment being received I will begin preparing for your session in the various ways outlined above. By making your payment you are agreeing to my services starting immediately and therefore my services have been purchased, you will waive the right to this payment being returned. Please be aware of the commitment you are making by making this purchase.

Due to the time invested in preparation, research and planning for your session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required prior to your appointment time for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged at the full rate or the pre-booked session will be forfeited. Non-attendance will also still be charged at the full session rate. Sessions included in the SUSO programme are on a fixed schedule and any missed sessions are your responsibility. No additional sessions will be provided.

When your booking has been confirmed you are committing to starting your session at the time agreed. Please ensure that you have adequate funds to cover payment for your package purchase. It is your responsibility as the client to record and prepare appropriately for your session so that you can attend your appointment on time. Coaching and sessions have a duration of up to 60 minutes. I am unable to extend any coaching or hypnotherapy session due to commitments made to other clients.

For any online session, if you are more than 20 minutes late and have not informed me of your current circumstances the session will be forfeited.


Payment is to be made on enrolment and a minimum of 24 hours of commencement of my services. These sessions are not sold on a session or weekly basis, and require a minimum commitment from you as the client. If you the client chooses to not continue with their sessions or program for any reason they will not be eligible for any form of refund. All programs must be completed with 6 months of the start date.

Changing/Re-arranging appointments

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please ring 07825160211 during working hours (09:00 -18:00 GMT) and leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time to receive a call. It is also recommended to send an email to info@dannygreevescoaching.com and clearly state the appointment you are referring to, and provide as many alternative dates and times as you can for the next appointment. As an additional option, the contact form on my website https://www.dannygreevecoaching.com can be used to inform me of requests to change appointment times.


All discussions during our sessions and in any communications in between are strictly confidential. These sessions are privately funded educational coaching and hypnotherapy packages and police and court statements do not form part of my service. If I am required by law to give evidence then this confidentially agreement is null and void.

Description of Services

Clients may receive one or more of the following services as part of my service. Coaching, mentoring, the Hudson Mind Process, Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), administration services, room booking, telephone consultations, Skype, Zoom, and Facetime calls. In addition clients may receive video content, mp3 downloads, emails, educational content, home study material, self-development exercises and letters. 



As a client your commitment starts from the moment that your payment is taken and extends to the end of your session or the program that we have agreed in advance. If you agree to further sessions or programs the commitment is extended again from the point at which a further payment is taken until we reach the end of the agreed session or program.


All online coaching package purchases will have a set and confirmed price as stated on the product prior to purchasing.

The price of the service you have agreed during our telephone or email discussions is then confirmed by me through your personal invoice document. In some cases it may be possible to pay for package sessions with a deposit and instalment scheme, this must be confirmed by myself in an email or letter correspondence. At this point I will provide a breakdown of the proportion of the service that is covered by a deposit and the remainder that is due prior to your first session.  If further sessions are agreed you will be notified in full of the next package of sessions.

Right to Cancel


Under the regulations you have 14 days from entering into my service contract to cancel it. However please note before I work with you I will agree with you that my service starts straightaway. This is because preparation work for your sessions commences before we even meet and you gain access to the programme platform on enrolment. In this instance you will still have the right to cancel but you must pay for the value of the service that is provided for you up the point at which you cancel. This sum is 50% cost of the total package value. If I provide my service through a coaching session with you within the 14 days the right to cancel will be lost.
