Whereas some forms of psychological intervention such as counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can include upwards of 12 sessions, coaching helps you to explore your unconscious associations with food, and by making changes that level our programs can often produce fantastic results in only 5 to 8 sessions.
