When you are having thoughts, feelings or behaviours that no longer serve you, deciding you want to change is the first step. The question then becomes how do you go about changing it?
This session is designed to provide you with the framework to approach any type of change you would like to make in your life.
In the session, we work through an issue you are having using the levels of transformation, as well as giving you the methodology to take home and apply it in the future.
I will help show you where and why so many people get stuck and end up struggling against making the changes they want. However, once you have learned and practiced this approach you can begin to take charge of any area of your life.
We also start to explore what it is you want in your future, how you can start to make strides towards achieving your goals in life. By gaining more clarity on how you want to live your life, you can set your mind on track so that you continue moving towards your objectives and dealing with things in your stride.
