How to change your mind in 7 days.
My mission is to change the way mental health services for anxiety and stress are delivered in Norwich and Norfolk.
I believe that education and empowerment are the keys to better mental health, not medication or years of therapy.
How is this different to what you have done before?
This is a stand-alone session that is designed specifically to change the 3 biggest contributing factors that cause repeating cycles of anxiety and stress. If you have noticed feelings of anxiety that seem to keep repeating then it is very highly likely you are using these strategies.
I can guarantee changes in how you think and feel if you apply the principles given in this session. Of course you will need to practice them consistently until you have mastered them, but it will be worth it. My aim is to help you experience a significant improvement in how you think, how you feel, and your day to day experience.
Within the session, we will also work on the issue that causes the most anxiety using a gentle but powerful anxiety releasing technique.

What can I expect?
We start the session with a relaxed chat to learn a little bit more about what you are struggling with and what you would like to get out of the session.
We then move into the learning and education section. We will cover the strategies that cause anxiety, and help you to be able to notice and change them. We then practice how you can make some easy and simple changes to have a significant effect.
The remainder of the session is where we will go through a specific technique to help you neutralise feelings of anxiety and improve your confidence.
What I am not promising...
Many of my clients have been struggling with feelings of anxiety for many years, whereas others have noticed a sharp increase in feelings of anxiety only recently. I am very confident this session definitely WILL help you change the way you think. This in turn can change the way you understand how your mind works, and help you to experience a deeper sense of calm. However, I am not in any way suggesting all of your feelings of anxiety and stress will disappear in 7 days. Any such promises would be unrealistic and misleading.
Therefore while it is absolutely possible that you can change the way your mind works in 7 days and start feeling better, my main aim is to help you get more in control of how you think and feel and help you learn more about you. Thus empowering you to move forwards in life with more presence and certainty.
