Q. How much is the investment?
A. I run a range of programmes for anxiety to suit your budget. Considering the impact anxiety has on your emotional wellbeing, family relationships, romantic relationships, work performance, career fulfilment, physical health and socialising, both in the short and long term. I believe it is the highest priority action you can take.
Q. Do I have to pay in one go?
A. Not at all. When I was struggling with anxiety back in 2015, the only way I was able to get the help I needed was through payment plans. As a result, I offer a range of payment plans to help ease the challenge of investing in yourself.
Q. How long does it take to work?
A. There is no magic wand to clear all feelings of anxiety. It takes consistent work over a number of weeks. With that said, most people are already starting to feel better in 1-2 sessions.
Q. Is anxiety therapy only available online?
A. Yes. I work with clients in 15 countries across numerous time zones. As a result, all sessions are delivered online via Zoom/Google Hangouts.
