Who is Danny Greeves out of hours?
This is a picture of my beautiful wife on our wedding day. After experiencing so many relationship challenges in my younger years, my marriage and family are so important to me.
But it’s also a big driver for why I do what I do. Anxiety, anger and trauma cause havoc in our most important relationships, and weigh a heavy burden on the people we love the most. It’s often them who suffer too. Helping people to improve their own mental health and assisting couples and families to live more harmoniously is what inspires me each day.
Here’s one of my favourite photos; me, my dad and my little nephew after buying him his first football kit. For those football fans out there please don’t hold the Manchester United shirts against me!
I’m a passionate football fan with a particular interest in the psychology of the managers, players and fans. It involves dealing with pressure, expectations and performance. These are challenges we all face in our personal and professional lives. While I can’t help you be the next Ronaldo – I love helping you improve your mental fitness and wellbeing.
Here’s an image from a birthday trip to the Royal Observatory in Greenwich of the Helix Nebulae (one of my wife’s best surprises!). I have been fascinated by space, physics and cosmology since I was little.
I’m currently working on a Diploma in Cosmology in my spare time. Learning about the laws of the universe and understanding key principles in physics has been huge in getting better results for my clients compared to traditional mental health treatments. Understanding these ideas allows me to help my clients balance their emotions and resolve anxiety, anger and trauma.
