How did I get here?
When I was younger I struggled with low self-esteem. I didn’t have confidence to express myself. I was worried what people would think of me. I had a major fear of rejection that stopped me from putting myself out there and creating loving relationships. I was afraid of failing. I would compare myself to others and beat myself up for being less than or not good enough.
I did not like the way my body looked or felt. I felt ugly. I was jealous of all the ‘other people’ who had what I wanted.
I’d go quiet and lose my personality around people in authority. It was so frustrating. I would get intimidated around certain people.
I didn’t know why I was feeling this. But more problematic was not knowing how to change it.
Through a recommendation and some research, I booked a coaching session. Those 60 minutes changed my life – and my career trajectory.
Since that first session I have studied with some of the greatest coaches and consultants on the planet. I use a powerful process to get consistent results, and have wonderful reviews and testimonials from many of the clients I’ve worked with.
My background in anatomy, physiology and neurology helps me have a deep understanding of how the brain and human behaviour works. Combined with my background in physiotherapy, we focus on diagnosing your challenges, and then providing effective strategies to change them.
