8 small steps to change your life...

Dr Demartini famously says if you want a better life, ask better questions! The problem is sometimes we aren’t sure what questions to ask, or which direction to ask them in, this can lead us to feeling stuck, or even worse, hopeless. ‘8 small steps to change your life’ is an easy and effective tool to assess the different areas of your life. Once completed, this workbook will then take you through a comprehensive set of questions to really help you assess where you are, where your blockages are, and encourage you to create an action step or two in each area to get you moving again. After going through all of the questions and acting on the points suggested, you can then see how you can begin moving to where you want to be.

Go through each of the 8 sections and give yourself a score out of 10 for how you are feeling today about each area of your life. Give a score that reflects your level of satisfaction and contentment in this area.

You do not need to agonise and calculate too many things, just pick one area, and when you think about that area notice what happens in your body. How does your internal chemistry change? What do you notice when you think about that aspect of your life? Then listen to your heart and give yourself a score out of 10. You do not need to share this with anyone, so just be honest with yourself.
