This 7 part mini coaching series is designed to give you 7 opportunities to make positive changes in your life.
It is recommended that you watch an episode a day over the course of 1 week. If you choose to watch them all in one go (like I would!) then we recommend that after watching them all, you go back and start again at episode 1 and then review one episode per day over the next 7 days. My intention behind this is for you to be able to implement the lessons from the coaching session THE SAME DAY. Lots of theory is wonderful, but it is using the information in a practical way and engaging your mind on one key concept on a daily basis that will lead to greater change.
Over the 7 episodes the ideas will start to complement each other and their impact will compound as you go through. I recommend you bookmark this page now, and set an alarm for you to sit down and watch a video each day when you can sit quietly and not be disturbed. I am inspired to be on your journey with you!
